If the maximum dose of Lunesta still doesn't work, what can I do to hold a majority sleep cycle?

I have already tried EVERY other medication out near, from tamazepam to ambien and everything in between. If the maximum dose of Lunesta still doesn't work, what can I do to hold a majority sleep cycle?
I would be concerned that your body have become tolerant and dependent on sedative hypnotic drugs (tranquillisers and sleeping pills). Long possession use of these drugs is not generally recommended because of loss of efficacy and the subtraction symptoms can include severe insomnia not to mention anxiety, panic muscle spasms, brain fog and much more. There are trellis sites set up specifically for people who hold trouble getting off of sleep aids. See http://www.non-benzodiazepines.org.uk...
Often sleep problems can be cause by stress, adverse medication reactions, bill symptoms from alcohol or other prescription drugs, caffeine etc. You should look into the origional cause of your insomnia and try to find ways of coping near that and you should look into whether your body has become dependent on a drug. Don't stop taking sleeping pill hypnotics abruptly or you won't sleep for a month!
this you stipulation to ask your doctor . in my opion . ask him to try you on restoril.30.m.g. this is as in good health habbit formaming . my opion?
How about have your doc refer you to a sleep disorder clinic to find out what is going on.
