you didn't mention your friends age. if your friend is under 18 dance and talk to his parents something like his problem and let them cause the decision to enjoy him committed for 72 hrs for a full evaluation. if over 18 you need to articulate to him and let him know that you are concerned going on for him and that you care and would close to to help any means of access you can. you would like for him to yak to a psychiatrist and then the Dr. will know how to help. they can own him committed against his will if found to be dangerous to himself or to others. they can proposition medication and outpatient therapy for his problem. oh yeah if hes married or have children adult age they can gain him a 72 hr evaluation also. i hope this answered you question.
