I used to be a rugged worker at my work,but am self layed stale contained by 2 weeks.?

I am supposed to take over the business but i am afraid that i wont enjoy the energy or want to work as rock-hard for myself. How do i get my motivation put money on. Its going to take my enthusiasm savings to do this.And i will be doing everything within the beginning , one minute i am adjectives excited the next i am resembling i dont know where to inaugurate.
