First thing you should do it ask a bunch of inexperienced those for their advice, later call 911 after he is already comatose.
call 9-11, hes probally contained by a coma. Xanax and alcohol is date rape.

If they are comatose and unresponsive, take them to the hospital immedietly.

Poor cold water on them, alot, a big bucket, if that dosent work try urinating on them, if they still dont wake up up call 911 and make clear to them that you just peed on them and they aren't wake up.
It could be an o.d. or it could be the reaction between xanax and beer ( a no no to initiate with) I wouldn't fool around.call the ambulance to come and carry your friend. Be prepared for your friend to go to a mental facility for a while. They may consider this a suicide attempt.
