I'm have a frozen time dealing beside stress I normally purloin it out on my freinds and familey. How can I stop this?
If you are prepared to change and put a stop to it, go and get treatment and a natural mode to do this, I recommend meditation. Learn how to meditate, through meditation centers or find classes on inner healing, something that will guide you to empower yourself, to understand the external and internal forces at work. Channel your enthusiasm else where approaching exercising or cleaning. Anything you like to do to receive you mind off of what is making you wacky and balancing the hormones will sustain.
How about first unfolding your friends and family roughly speaking this ( so they will understand that you are not upset next to them, but just have a hard time coping)..
Also, I chew over it helps to hold some type of outlet. I love martial arts ( TaeKwondo), you can probably transport up jogging or swimming ( some type of physical movement that will boost your body's endorphins).
And also, I think finding someone who is going through like peas in a pod thing you are going through help; whether it is a support group, or a friend, some kind of confidant...
I am a woman of hope, so alot of mediation I do (singing, praying), I find that helps me settlement better with stress...
