If someone you love is chronically depressed...?

for 10 years, someone I love is chronically depressed. It tears my heart when I think of her. She see therapists and psychiatrists and have had depression much of her duration, and has tried innumerable medication. Besides trying to be supportive, how can I resolve the issue in my own mind that she only just might never get better? If someone you love is chronically depressed...?
i guess that i am the eternal optimist. i hold severe depression and severe anxiety. the meds that i am on and take everyday own been helping me greatly and therapy too. is she taking her meds everyday and giving them at smallest a few weeks to kick contained by. they do take that long. sometimes finding the right meds can be easier said than done but when it happens it does honestly give a hand. just verbs to be supportive and and know that she is depressed and that she needs oblige. and don't think that she can't seize better she can, it might not hurt for you to get some psychoanalysis as well. that might facilitate you help her. hope this help
JUST BE THERE FOR HER AND NEVER LET THAT SUPPORT WAIVER. SHE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT SHE HAS A SUPPORT SYSTEM.IF YOU ARE VERY CLOSE SEE THAT HER MEDS ARE TAKEN. GET INVOLVED WITH HER THERAPY.
Just let her know you love her and you thinking about her. Pray for her. Offer to travel to take her to her consultant and psychiatrist appointments. There's always hope. There's abundantly of medicines for depression. She might still find the right one.
