I literally get "ticked off" at college and very soon I am depressed?

sitting in class sooner or later and i felt a sudden go into spasm in my lead. lasted a few months. lead to feelings of nausea, shaky voice, decrease attention, all lead to me dropping out in university. constant fights near family member and friends. pretty much turned my world upside down.
and now i have a feeling empty, lethargic, bored, unsatisfied. i spoke to a counselor for bit and she said i need to sort new friends. my quiz is, has anyone ever have this happen to them past and how did it make you grain?I literally get "ticked off" at college and very soon I am depressed?
Sounds like you necessitate to see somebody knowledgeable within neuroscience or a psychiatrist. If you felt something physical, that's something a psychologist can't assistance you with. That could be a sign of worse problems than basically depression.
No, never! Maybe a visit to your Doctor would facilitate!
Have you been to a doctor? This could be an actual form problem.
I'm depressed and have be for as long as I can remember. You just hold to have a "**** it" attitude and move forward.
Go hindmost to school. Find something that interests you and put your self into it adjectives the way.
When i touch lke that, I always try to be alone on my free time and weekends. It make me relax and give me more time to give attention to what happened, what cause it and what possible solutions or adjustment should I do or make. When I try to variety friends, I observe first what they do and what nature of behavior they have until that time I interact with them and create friends with them. That thoughtful of behavior you have is common, everyone and everybody gets ticked stale but we try to live with it. So try to relish your remaing school and teen duration while you can because when you have graduate college, there are from time to time any enjoyments that you use to have.
