You may be suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder. This is when you are convinced of difiguration or ugliness that not a soul else sees. But it is in attendance in your eyes and can create great distress and upset.
Speak to your psychologist if you are currently seeing one. If not speak to your Doctor and ask to be referred. There are medications and therapy to help you overcome it. It WILL help out honestly.
