I surface guilty..?

okk so someone told my counselor somethingg (stupid i know) and he called me surrounded by and asked me about it and he be like im going to hold to call your parents and i said they already know..but he had to beckon them anyway i guess and so when he called i fake the phone call and get away with it=) i be aware of kind of guilty though what should i do?I surface guilty..?
Good for that one, I tried that once! My friend be sick during Phys Ed and her mom excused her with a data to take past its sell-by date and sit it out that day. She get me to write a note , portraying to be my mom, stating I too be sick. Well, the Coach questioned my excuse and the organization called my mom on the phone. Luckily , my mom is cool and acted similar to everything was middle-of-the-road.
Nothing you can do now. If your parents are already aware of anything this "thing" is, then newly let them know that you talk to your school counselor.
