I have a modern therapist and whenever i get underway my mouth i never know what will come out or what voice it will have surrounded by my mind and it is driving me crazy. I don't know if i am making things up or going crazy or what.I call for a helpline for dissociative culture or at smallest frantically anxious relatives?
Amy - the symptoms you describe can be concerning, and many family may not understand how your mind is working. Working beside your therapist, and calling her when you are attitude frantic is an important entity to do.
Someone very close to me have had similar symptoms. You can swot up new ways to function - next to time and therapy - and this can be smaller amount of a problem to you in the adjectives.
Most therapists own you write a "safety plan" stating what you will do when you are upset or inkling frantic or your dissociation is interfering with your enthusiasm. Look at your safety plan, and follow what it say.
You will need to use your sanctuary plan at times when you do not feel past the worst. It is helpful to hold a special pillow or blanket to hold or wrap up in for those times to abet you feel not dangerous.
Ask your therapist what is occurring to you - she can explain it best. This is not crazy. This is something your brain is doing to help you survive, and it is ok. The hardest portion can be when you are here today, but your feelings are upset from something that happen before. It can be concrete to feel undamaging.
For a helpline - for the public - there should be a rape/crisis hotline within your area. Call information, police or hospital to ask.
There is HOPE.
