Going for a long walk alone or writing within a journal are wonderful ways to sort out your emotion - or to give you the occasion to shed some tears.
Talk to your friends or family and see if that help.

I have feel like crying so tons times but can't. There have be so many gloomy times in my enthusiasm and I felt resembling I needed to cry but was inept to do so. Alcohol is a depressant, so sip a beer and watch a appalling movie. Crying will make you discern so much better. Then go to bed, when you bring back up the next morning you'll surface at peace.
Even if you don't share with anyone, you entail to know to yourself what you are crying for. Acknowledge the tears for what they are, verbalise them at least to yourself. A 'safe' friend inclined to listen is best. No comments, nor judgement, just plain attending and empathy. No telltale.
This is only the start..
go for a long run or step, just to release adjectives the anger or sadness inside you. write surrounded by a journal and spill adjectives your feelings out or sit down on the hone or contained by person next to someone who will listen and care.
Read a appropriate book and keep yourself busy.
i dont know what it is - but try this:
i own found, sometimes, after a long day...when I finally hit the pillow at the wrapping up of the day, bury your obverse in the pillow, or merely hold it up to your face (so you dont suffocate yourself) - you'll want to cry. at lowest possible that's happened for me on a couple occasion.
believe me, it works. try it.
