I hold be immensely anxious lately...?

I always want to be on the shift and I just can't sit still. I can't concentrate and I capture ticked off really slickly. What are some ways I can help this out?I hold be immensely anxious lately...?
Don't know whether you are mannish or female? Have you have your thyroid checked? You may have an overactive thyroid or your hormones may be going a bit crazy. I would obtain these checked. Otherwise, sounds like you could hold something on your mind. Try relaxation exercises, make sure you return with enough sleep, drink chamomile tea, progress for walks.
It's stress, you want to take a shower and later put on Pj's and Watch your favorite movie and ignore everyone! for the rest of the time, step shopping!
take some relaxation or meditation classes , cut down on caffeine or any other stimulant and practice open breathing.Deep breathing really helps anxiety alot.
