Some people sleep enormously deeply. In the time it take them to become fully awake, they forget what they dreamed about. You're friend my also hold no interest in trying to remember her dreams. Some those don't see dreams as premonitions, or associate them to their waking duration. To them, dreams have no significance, and as a result aren't worth pondering.
Some people only don't remember their dreams. I don't think anyone know why. Nothing to worry something like, though.
That's normal. You are sleeping fundamentally deeply when you dream.
